powertop configuration changes do not save energy

Bug Description

leaves the program saved the changes, saving energy, in the option settings
Come out of the command is:

Measurements prior Loaded 76
Can not load the file / var / cache / powertop / saved_parameters.powertop

if you can go in and change settings but pc shutdown should be performed again, why not save changes

the bug seems fixed in the latest update of ubuntu kernel 3.0.0-13 to 3.0.0-14
