Bug Description

Powertop should not suggest to change non-existing files.

Powertop suggest me

  Suggestion: Enable SATA ALPM link power management via:
    echo min_power > /sys/class/scsi_host/host0/link_power_management_policy
  or press the S key.

but host0 has no link_power_management_policy file. Other SATA hosts (host{1,2,3,4}) have that file, host0 does not.
