powertop indicates idle uses more battery than google chrome

Bug Description

Powertop with only google chrome open: battery reports discharge rate 6.62W

When I close chrome and let things settle down again: battery reports discharge rate 8.90W

Open chome again: 6.96W

Close it again: 9.73W

Conclusion: chrome generates energy.
