Bug Description

Precise has hard times identifying battery on my Toshiba L735.

Booting on battery, the batery icon will typically not display in Unity UNTIL I close/open the screen, then it appears...

The machine has no "suspend" option in the top-right menu UNLESS I boot on AC Power, then I have the "suspend" option displayed.

Sometimes suspend is possible when running on AC, but it becomes impossible when running on battery (wich is real crazy).

LCD LED backlight is always 100% and cannot be set to any other value...

Weeeeeeellll... Much to say about power management on this system :-/
