on_ac_power doesn't notice usb powersupply

Bug Description
Some ARM-Boards have more then one possible power-supply, for example you can power them also over USB. But /usr/bin/
you can solve the Problem if you also allow an USB Device as a power-supply.
This causes Problems like unattended-upgrades and other features are not working.
You can do this if you patch the /usr/bin/
