Bug Description

Since a few weeks, suspending my Thinpad T61 does not succeed any longer (it did before!). Instead, the computer keeps running, but the active network connection is terminated and cannot be resumed. Moreover, docky breaks and cannot be restarted. There seem to be several more issues connected to the file manager (nautilus) not working,
This looks as if there was a common cause to all that, but I can't find it.
