Powerdevil profiles configuration is too tall, not scaled to the detected window.

The powerdevil profiles configuration dialog assumes a very tall screen. My screen, at 768 pixels tall, cannot display the whole dialog. A screenshot is attached.

This is on Kubuntu 17.04 with powerdevil 4:5.9.5-0ubuntu0.1.

Reconfirmed on powerdevil 4:5.10.5-0ubuntu1 with Ubuntu 17.10.

Then do a system cleanup with 'gtkorphan' & 'bleachbit' as root (select carefully the options), and reboot.
If you still get that issue, then think to use a new user profile, in case yours is borked.

Note that issue is only reported by yourself, meaning a local conflict.

I tried booting the Kubuntu 17.10.1 Live CD and I still see the issue.

Are others with screens less than 800 pixels tall able to see the whole dialog?

This bug is very old, if it is still an issue please update the bug with info from a supported release.
