power calibrate perf stats can be wrong when we fall back to just 1 CPU from a N cpu test

Bug Description
After testing on a AMD box I observed that the perf stats are incorrect on the 2nd process when running on a 2 CPU device. This is because the pid of the previous 2nd process from a previous test round is still in c->pid and should have been zero'd to indicate no 2nd process is being run.
