Bug Description

$ sudo service postgrey reload
Job for postgrey.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status postgrey.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Possibly related: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=934068 (I'm not sure if that start-stop-daemon issue is merely cosmetic or the actual cause of this problem, and the upstream issue doesn't say).

This is still a problem in 19.10.
