I was updating postgresql using apt-get when this apport-gtk message appears.
Apt-get say:
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/postgresql-9.4_9.4~beta3-1_amd64.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I had a remark in the terminal that said that the format had changed between version.2 and version.3 - I beleive this is the cause of the problem
