Bug Description

All my postgres databases disappeared after doing an update (after a long time away from that particular machine).

I first noticed something was off when my Trac installation couldn't connect tot he database. Then I found out the database port changed from 5432 to 5433 (I didn't touch the config file before - so this somehow had to happen automatically). When I changed the connection port, it still didn't work, so I tried to login using the postgres user to look what's the problem, and found out ALL DATABASES WERE MISSING.

One of these databases contained some important data - any ideas what could have happened, and whether it is possible to find the missing files somewhere?
