Bug Description

During installation, the package incorrectly sets the ownership of the directory to /var/run/postgresql/ to postgres-xc:postgres-xc. The ownership should instead be postgres:postgres. Setting the ownership correctly will fix the problem.

This is probably related to bug #1421101, possibly duplicate, but I'll leave that to others to judge.
