Except this debian change might pose a problem:

  * enable TLSRPT (+Build-Depends: libtlsrpt0-dev)

Since that is in universe. Let me build this to see where exactly the runtime dep is added.

Yeah, all main postfix binaries link to it. So this has to be dropped, or an MIR created. Without an MIR (quick solution), it's delta.

Added a release notes task because of the (so far) missing TLSRPT support which we will have to remove, probably.

Since we didn't have it in ubuntu before, I don't think it needs mentioning in the release notes.
