Please update to upstream major release 3

Hi,

the current 16.04 xenial alpha still comes with a postfix 2.11.3, while the current upstream stable release of postfix is 3.0.

Since 16.04 is intended to be an LTS, it should not come with a major release that will soon not be supported anymore.

I'm in contact with the debian maintainer. He's pretty close to uploading, there's just a single problem with the Makefile and it's generation of doc pages. So the debian version will be available soon.
