Bug Description

The default setting of sqlite cache causes this daemon to consistently sit at 1% CPU usage. This is due to the a very short timeout in the python-aiosqlite library. I'd advice either incorporating the aiosqlite PR, or changing the default cache of this package to "internal", which should be sufficient for most installations.
