Hi,

pdftohtml is now a meta-package which installs poppler-utils. So you can safely install poppler-utils directly, it ships /usr/bin/pdftohtml. ;)

Should be fixed in poppler 0.5.4-0ubuntu7 and pdftohtml 0.36-14ubuntu1.
Please set it as 'Fix Released' as soon as it hits the archive.
