Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

If you save a pdf with password protection, setting password security setting to 'Compatibility: Acrobat 9.0 and later' and therfore encrption level 256-bit AES, evince cannot open the file. It just says 'invalid password'. Saving the file with compatibility for Acrobat 7.0 (128bit-AES) the file can be opened without a problem. The file was saved with Adobe Pro CS4.

Thanks for the report, this is similar to bug 472538 and is a known limitation of poppler (the pdf renderer) at the moment.
