Cloned form text is present but doesn't appear in multiple pages.

Step to reproduce.
1) Open pdf file I attached. (it has 3 pages, with cloned forms, once you compile first page, others are filled in automatically)
2) Compile some forms on the first page.

Actual results:
The cloned form texts on second and third page are not visible (and not printable) but present into the form (if you click on it you can see the text)

Expected results:
Cloned forms should be visible and printable.

It works correctly using Acrobat Reader 8.1.4

that seems to be a rendering issue and likely a duplicate of poppler not showing the date available on the editable forms, let's reassign it to poppler for know and look the bug there, thanks Sergio.
