Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

I have a pdf document - black and white colours only. After rotating the view I see some errors of interpolation. Picture becomes blurry and unreadable. Rotating same picture in adobe does not generate sa much of quality drop. I think something wrong is with interpolation algoritm.
