evince crashed with SIGSEGV in Form::findWidgetByRef()

Binary package hint: evince

Evince crashes when I try to open the following document: http://www.aloaha.com/cache/incstickynotes.pdf (a link at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=153976 points to it). The document isn't displayed at all and after having minimized and maximized the empty window for a few times, the application crashes. This is a reproducible bug.
