Bug Description

Did an update in Kubuntu 13.04 yesterday, but 2 packages couldn't be upgraded due to unmet dependencies.

The following packages will be upgraded:
  policykit-desktop-privileges{b} ubuntu-system-service{b}
2 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 13.2 kB of archives. After unpacking 16.4 kB will be freed.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 ubuntu-system-service : Breaks: gnome-settings-daemon (< 3.6.4-0ubuntu8) but 3.6.4-0ubuntu7 is installed.
 policykit-desktop-privileges : Breaks: gnome-settings-daemon (< 3.6.4-0ubuntu8) but 3.6.4-0ubuntu7 is installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Remove the following packages:
1) gnome-control-center
2) gnome-control-center-signon
3) gnome-settings-daemon
4) webaccounts-chromium-extension
5) webaccounts-extension-common

     Leave the following dependencies unresolved:
6) gnome-control-center-data recommends gnome-control-center (>= 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu18)
7) libaccount-plugin-1.0-0 recommends gnome-control-center-signon
8) chromium-browser recommends webaccounts-chromium-extension
