Bug Description
In the Time and Date settings applet (source package: gnome-system-
There is a lock icon and next to it, text that says, "Click to make changes".
I try to click on the text label, because the wording makes me think that I can. Nothing happens. I get confused.
I move my mouse around out of frustration, and by chance it hovers over the lock icon, and finally, I get a visual cue that *this* is something that can be clicked. Achievement unlocked!
I think either the entire text label area + icon should be clickable, or the wording should be changed to indicate that the *icon* should be clicked, not the label.

This button is going to be reworked soon anyway. This problem is known upstream, I think there's a bug open about that.
