polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 crashed with SIGSEGV on updating with update-manager

i was just updating using update-manager and like a couple of times before the policykit authentcation agent crashed after all downloads were complete. somewhere in the middle of installing the new packages. but sorry, i can't pinpoint the package the crash happened
