[gutsy] pokerth needs an icon in kde menu/games

This package needs to include an icon in the kde games menu

I created a .desktop file for pokerth.

In the sources there is also a .png icon, Ia m not sure which of the two should be used.

png is not the best choose I think because it's seen as a binary

here is a cleaner one with solve the icon blank raise/call/fold buttons bug
