For now, this is fixed by lowering the recommends to a suggests.

libpoclu-dev does no longer exist in pocl 1.1
ocl-icd will drop the recommends with the next upload.

I was just filing the bug from the component-mismatches report so its really in the hands of ubuntu-x-swat.

Since libpoclu-dev is no more and ocl-icd-opencl-dev doesn't have non-main depends, this issue is gone
