pmount unable to mount exfat file systems

Bug Description

pmount cannot mount filesystems with type "exfat", which means I can't mount sdxc cards. Here is a fix:

Patch to fix this deficiency is attached.

This was fixed upstream, I added a comment to:
https://bugs.debian.org/755434

and also filed:
https://bugs.debian.org/1065172
letting the maintainer know about the "new" homepage and release
