pmount unable to mount exfat file systems

Bug Description

pmount cannot mount filesystems with type "exfat", which means I can't mount sdxc cards. Here is a fix:

Patch to fix this deficiency is attached.

The attachment "pmount.exfat.patch" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.
