Xubuntu 12.04 - system boots up instead of resume from hibernation

[Darkwarfighter]

After putting the notebook into hibernation state, powering up the system will ends into a normal boot and system startup insead of a resume from hibernation.
Unit is an Asus Eee PC 1015-PX Seashell.
If I roll back to Xubuntu 11.10 hibernation works fine.
