undocking should automatically umount optical drives in dock station

Bug Description
When I press undock button on my docking station and then undock my laptop, optical drives from docking station are not unmounted and remain as stale entries in mount table. They can be later umounted only by root. They should be automatically umounted when pressing undock button such as usb connected drives are.
hardware: lenovo thinkpad x200 + x200 ultrabase
software: jaunty amd64 with karmic kernel 2.6.31-10.32
I'm not sure if pm-utils should do this, so please reassign accordingly if I'm wrong.
