Bug Description

Sometimes when the system comes back from hibernation (suspend to disk), my USB keyboard doesn't work until I unplug then plug in again its USB reciever. Sometimes it works without doing anything.
It has been like this at least in the last 3 or 4 Ubuntu releases, so it's not new to any kernel version or so.
Since this problem still exists in Jaunty. -amd64 version this time, but I used 32bit until now on a different computer, so it shouldn't be chipset specific.

I have a "Logitech cordless desktop optical" keyboard+mouse set.
Any additional info needed?

No, after almost 5 years and no update from your side whatsoever, I do simply not care about Ubuntu anymore.
