Hi Frederic,
Thanks for your report and providing the dmidecode data. It'd like to whitelist this and need to know if the "POST_VIDEO" is binary-nvidia specific.
Could you please test this if you still have access to the laptop; It should just require a quick edit to:
/etc/X11/xorg.conf
and changing the 'nvidia' to 'nv'. Testing Suspend to RAM and then changing it back with a second reboot.
