Bug Description
Since I have upgraded to Ubuntu 10.04, the boot process sometimes freezes. The splash screen becomes kind of strange, but still recognizable. I am attaching a photo.
If I press the power button (without holding), the system enter a shutdown process and shutdown "normally". The next boot will then go smoothly.
As everything is hidden by the splash screen, I don't really have further info, but am available to provide them if there is a way to get them. Since it seems to happen quite randomly, I believe this is somehow related to hardware.
Regards,
Romain
