Ubuntu Lucid loading screen with wrong resolution

Bug Description

After I installed the latest NVIDIA proprietary drivers for Geforce 9500 GT ubuntu loading screen resolution dropped a lot( like if screen size was 800 x 600 ), after ubuntu loads, the screen return to its correct size, which is 1400x900.

This is not a bug, it is a limitation with the Nvidia proprietary drivers. Thanks for trying to make Ubuntu better and please feel free to report any future bugs you may have.

Are you going to inform this to NVIDIA somehow? If not, can I send an e-mail to them, or it would be useless/impossible?
