Binary package hint: plymouth
To reproduce:
- brutal stop of the computer (switch off power)
- start the computer
- a disk check will occur with the message 'press C to cancel all disk check'
- wait few seconds (typically until the % grows slowdown)
- press 'c' key => checking continue until 100%
If 'c' key is pressed quickly after the check start, it cancel the disk check
