Bug Description
Binary package hint: plymouth
On any of my computers (Eeepc 900, 1101HA or a computer with an nvidia graphical card) I got a splash with a non graphical ubuntu logo (just a text "Ubuntu 10.04", but with progress bar and color, like the one from mockups, or from older plymouth versions, before ~13) and it gets disrupted by information lines like "ureadahead... sigterm process xxxx" (don't remember the correct message, but sigterm signals) and by fsck infos on early boot. Happens with ~14 version of plymouth.

seems linked to init output, all messages which display apart fsck are from init.
