plymouth blinks and freezes on shutdown

Plymouth splash works fine, shutsdown the HDD and turns up again freezed on shutdown. It takes few seconds and then shutdown the PC. But if I press F2 during splash is responsive, the system shuts down in one shot.

I am using NVIDIA proprietary-tested drivers, with Intel (Power saving) option. Everything was perfect on 20.04 LTS until I upgrade to 21.04.
