Bug Description

Hello Support,

Ubuntu 20.04 is newly installed no my Dell Inspiron 15 3552.
No matter from where I boot using USB stick or the harddrive, I always get the boot screen splashing with some unreadable text scrolling. This goes on for some first 20 seconds. Then later the system boots. I checked the logs /var/log/boot.log, all processess are [OK] there, no error.
I'm attaching a short video to demonstrate.
