Bug Description
My system is (sort of) Ubuntu 12.04.
This error happened after extensive tinkering. I started with elementary OS, added the Lubuntu desktop, removed the Lubuntu-desktop and the elementary OS desktop, installed Gnome desktop environment... and at some point I was missing a file needed for this package (plymouth-
tl;dr: good luck, I have no idea what happened, besides:
I updated my system, including the plymouth-
A file was missing at "/lib/plymouth/
I added it with "touch", ie "sudo touch /lib/plymouth/
the package installed properly after that.
I am submitting this bug report just in-case it is helpful. feel free to ignore if it doesn't seem important.
