Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.10 or 18.04 LTS and ubuntu-mate-desktop package
2. Launch Pluma from terminal with `pluma`
Expected results:
pluma starts silently
Actual results:
pluma writes the following message to terminal:
** (pluma:23057): WARNING **: Could not load Pluma repository: Typelib file for namespace 'Pluma', version '1.0' not found
Temporary workaround:
Install gir1.2-pluma-1.0 with `sudo apt-get install gir1.2-pluma-1.0`.

Workaround: install libpeas- 1.0-python2load er
