Binary package hint: plt-scheme
drscheme is a user-accessible gui program so I think it should appear under Applications/
I can see there is a file /usr/share/
I can't see any mention of it in the gnome menu editor.

I was bitten by this same bug today.
Attached is a .desktop file you can put in /usr/share/ applications.
