Bug Description
The current Ubuntu builds of frie0r and player failed to find opencv ("checking for OPENCV... no"/"package 'opencv' not found" in the build logs), probably because these packages depend on libcv-dev and the .pc files are now (since opencv 2.3.1-9) in libopencv-dev.
The builds succeed as using opencv is optional, but I don't know how much functionality this disables (possibly not much, since nobody noticed for 10 months).
Adding libopencv-dev as a build dependency (attached patch is for frei0r but similar should work for player) should fix this problem.
