Bug Description

The following file descriptors are leaked into every application I start up (per output of "ls -al /proc/$$/fd" in konsole/bash):

lr-x------ 1 karenw karenw 64 May 17 10:46 39 -> anon_inode:inotify
lrwx------ 1 karenw karenw 64 May 17 10:46 44 -> '/memfd:pulseaudio (deleted)'

These seem to originate from /usr/bin/plasmashell--no-respawn and should be set CLOEXEC or similar.
