Binary package hint: plasma-widget-menubar

Plasma crash because of the "Windows Menubar" widget.
KDE developers say "this is not one of the plugins we provide. please report the issue to the author of this add on. thanks."

Is this bug reproducible? I cannot reproduce given the steps in the KDE bug, and the backtrace posted at the KDE bug isn't really useful either.
