Widget doesn't show text information since kubuntu 12.04

Bug Description
As I remember Sinse kubuntu 12.04 (may be earlier) the widget do not want to show text with label of memory item. Also in 13.04 I found that the border around the widget smaller then widget. See attachment screenshot.
