Bug Description

I downloaded the Kubuntu Noble daily ISO test image version 20240328.1 from iso.qa.ubuntu.com and booted it on my laptop. I noticed that clicking "Utilities > Welcome Center" in the application menu produced no visible effect. So I ran it from the terminal:

kubuntu@kubuntu:~$ plasma-welcome
QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component
qrc:/main.qml:127:1: Unexpected token `'
kubuntu@kubuntu:~$ dpkg-query -W plasma-welcome
plasma-welcome 5.27.10-1ubuntu2
