Bug Description

plasma-pa and kmix are volume managers. both do almost the same thing.
the big disadvantage is that kmix always starts with plasma and grabs the keyboard input

so you multimedia buttons wont work as long as kmix runs. when you close kmix, they still dont work. you have to make sure that kmix wont start itself after login and relog. only when thers no kmix at startup, volumebuttons will work on plasma-pa

so to fix this it would be good to conflict kmix in plasma-pa

I upgraded from 15.04 and both kmix and plasma-pa are installed. This presents a problem since there are two volume controls on the system tray. Turning off kmix fixing the system tray, but like the bug description says, the keyboard controls no longer work without kmix. This bug is valid.

I also noticed that if I disable the option "Show On Screen Display (OSD)" option in KMix' configuration the OSD of plasma-pa is also suppressed / not shown.

I wonder whether there is a way to force to force plasma-pa to display OSD.
