Kubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
4.4.0-71-generic x86_64 GNU/Linux
plasma-desktop 4:5.5.5-0ubuntu1 amd64
network-manager 1.2.6-0ubuntu0.
plasma-nm 4:5.5.5-0ubuntu1 amd64
Impossible to add new DSL connection in Network manager connection editor.
How to reproduce:
1. Open Network manager connection editor.
2. Add --> DSL.
3. Put username and password.
4. "OK" button is not active!
In Kubuntu 16.10 it works as expected.
