Bug Description

Binary package hint: plasma-netbook

In the latest Lucid Lynx, the panel that appears when clicking the toolbox (typically in the bottom left) and then clicking, "Add Widgets" has a KWin border drawn for it. This is incorrect: it is a plasma-themed panel and its appearance should be such that it, "extends" from the bottom of the panel at the top of the screen.

Please report this to bugs.kde.org. This is almost certainly an upstream bug.

You can fix this temporarily for yourself:
Open window menu (default keybind alt-f3)
Advanced->Special Window Settings
Preferences tab
Check "No border"
Select "Force" from the dropdown menu.
Will permanently fix the issue on your machine.

Yes, I've done this myself already. It's less a software bug than a default configuration bug, I think.
