graphire4 wacom mouse wheel event not working with plasma5 qt5

Bug Description
i use wacom graphire4 -graphic tablet with mouse : 3 buttons + mouse wheel.
with kubuntu 14.10, it's working flawlessly.
with kubuntu 15.04, wacom mouse wheel is working in non qt5 application, but not in qt5 (so all kde plasma5) applications.
standard usb mouse are working in all application, qt5 or not.
xev show that the events are sent correctly, and that standard mouse and wacom mouse send same events when triggering mouse wheel. Bug should be in the way qt5 is filtering events.
what i expect is that wacom mouse wheel events are recognised in qt5 app.
what happened instead is that wacom mouse wheel events are recognised in qt5 app, but are ok in all other app.

I have attached a small tbz containing simple example showing the bug.
if the .pro file is processed with qmake-qt4, the resulting program detect mouse wheel events from wacom mouse.
if the .pro file is processed with qmake-qt5, the resulting program DON'T detect mouse wheel events from wacom mouse.
if there is anything i can do to help QT team to find the bug, tell me, i understand that without actual device
it will be difficult to find this bug.
