Bug Description
Recent additional software sources from launchpad (e.g. grub-customizer, kubuntu backports) drop *.sources files into /etc/apt/
It seems that plasma-discover cannot handle these. They do not show up in the list of configurable sources.
And, even worse than that, it seems that if you have sufficient *.sources files (I had 5 on a newly installed 23.10 system) the entire Default source section is absent from the plasma-discover Settings page! (I got it back by copying over the older, mostly *.list entries and keys from an older system).
PS: I've had to report the package here as "don't know" as the search doesn't recognize plasma-discover, and ubuntu-bug doesn't let me choose "Other problem" as an option (-> You need to specify a package or a PID. See --help for more information.)

please tell me sudo dpkg -l plasma-discover
output. I cannot reproduce in Jammy with backports enabled. Mantic will not get anymore updates so I need to see if there is a patch... Seems like a huge bug to have slipped past qa though.
