no fix list shown in discover updates list

when updates are present and pending, start discover from the tray
go to updates panel
the list of updates appear
click on one of system updates
it expands

some releases before :
the fix list appeared after some seconds showing what has been fixed

NOW:
no fix list appears

additionnaly:
i don't know if fix list is available for flatpak or snap type of updates.
